Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customer for banking enquiries and provide solutions efficiently.
• Cross-sell wide range banking product and service to potenial customer
• Identify customer needs and provide quality services.

Requirements

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• 2-3 years call center or customer service experience preferred.
• IIQE Paper 1-3 is preferrable (not a must)
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
