Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client portfolios and enhance client retention rate
  • Improve customer experience and journey by analyzing customer data & listening to customers' feedback
  • Maintain close relationships and community with parents and schools
  • Handle and resolve complaints and minimize customer churn rate
  • Work together with operation, marketing and product teams to optimise the end-to-end customer journey 

Requirements

  • 1+ years' prior industry related sales & customer service experience
  • Good communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and be self-motivated to fit in with changes
  • Detailed-minded and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in written and verbal Chinese & English
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, and seniority depends on previous work experience
