Our client is the leading Information Services Consultancy and they are looking for a Senior Associate / Associate to join their Learning & Development team:

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate training initiatives across our offices in Asia
• Audit existing training curriculums (in-person and digital) and identify gaps and areas of improvement. The process might include: 
  • Working with stakeholders to update and edit existing training sessions to ensure they reflect key business priorities and productivity trends 
  • Creating new training sessions.
  • Ensure training content provides a seamless learning experience that correlates to the intended learner journey.
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging, application-based content.
  • Ensure global alignment as necessary and localisation when required (i.e. modify content to display specific region processes)
• Constantly improve and innovate Learning & Development programming by analyzing feedback from participants, measuring learning outcomes, researching industry best practices, and endeavouring to make sessions as interactive and engaging as possible.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships throughout the organization.
• Manage internal communications related to Learning & Development.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Regional stakeholder management.
• Asia regional advocacy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR / Learning & Development; more experience can be considered as Senior Associate;
• High fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is good to have;
• Resourceful self-starter, comfortable thinking creatively to tackle challenging problems, with an eye for visual design.
• Project management, ability to execute on numerous work streams within the same timeframe while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Competent in L&D frameworks and Adult Learning Theories.
• People-oriented, emotionally intelligent team player.
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to bring new solutions to the team, willingness to fail forward and learn.
