We are hiring a Marketing Manager (35K, 1 day WFH per week) on behalf of our client, a hypergrowth start-up in Edtech / STEM Education.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies, incorporating organic, performance/paid, referral, CRM, influencer, SEO, event, and other relevant channels.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing performance and ROI.
Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Implement performance marketing strategies on Meta and Google platforms, including conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, tailored to each channel and target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer success to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
Track and report key marketing metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing regular updates on marketing performance and ROI.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals
Requirements
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels, including organic, performance/paid, referral, CRM, influencer, SEO, and event marketing.
Hands-on experience in performance marketing and conversion tracking on Meta and Google platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a marketing team.
