Responsibilities

• Business data analysis: Through in-depth analysis of user behaviour and business data, find out the challenges, risks, and opportunities, to support product, sales, and brand marketing teams;
• Data procurement and processing: Identify and screen high-quality overseas data supply, negotiate for data purchases, and conduct data cleansing;
• Application transformation: Coordinate and cooperate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing and product teams. Track the application transformation of report conclusions and promote the implementation of strategies.
• VOC project execution: Implement and manage the VOC project.
• Cooperate with third parties to complete crawling, cleaning, NLP and other aspects. Extract the BI dashboard;
• Crawler project support: Lead and support crawler projects of different types of industry data around the world, collect data and cleanse it;
• AI technology application support: Lead and support the design, development and implementation of Agents and AI solutions based on the company's actual business needs.

Requirements

• Sensitivity to data and equipped with data processing capabilities. Ablility to cleanse and analyse third-party data, and have a solid foundation in data analysis and statistical knowledge.
• Excel in SQL, Python or other data analysis tools.
• Good business acumen. Able to discover and identify key business issues and conduct causal prediction.
• Strategic thinking. Strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, and comprehensive analytical skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and collaborate efficiently across businesses, departments, and teams.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
